Orange CIS is the newest brand of the Orange Travel Group. Based in Malta, the brand has been specifically set up to address the cruise distribution needs of a number of former CIS countries, (except for Russia due to embargos). The brand is servicing travel agencies and tour operators that are based in these countries and that are Russian or English-speaking.
Our vast expertise as B2B cruise distributor together with local markets peculiarities / specifics awareness, makes Orange CIS brand a trusted partner for big Tour Operators, specialized in cruise sales, as well as for small Travel Agencies at the beginning of their cruise sales journey. This became possible thanks to a dedicated team of experts, working with the “Go Beyond” approach / providing a individual approach to every sales professional.
This initiative is being done primarily with the close support of Costa Cruises, which have allowed Orange to create a Russian language mini-website: www.costakruizy.com The website is still being expanded in order to be able to provide a fully-fledged support service for the Russian-speaking travel agency community.
Costa Cruises and the co-owner and predecessor of Orange Travel Group, SMS Group have a long history of co-operation. SMS were originally appointed both GSAs and cruise port agency for Costa Cruises for Malta in the early 1960s – a relationship which still survives uninterruptedly until today.
Costa and Orange (and its associate companies) work closely together in a number of markets. Orange were winners of Costa Cruises’ “Over the Top 2023” award – only 4 such awards were given worldwide, outside of Italy, Spain and France.
